Our method

1. Research. We start with institutional sources such as the NIH, the CDC, the American Heart Association, Mayo Clinic, and MedlinePlus. When we need study-level evidence, we use peer-reviewed research indexed in PubMed.
2. Draft. We write a draft in plain language. Drafts may be prepared with AI-based writing tools. AI output is never used as a source.
3. Edit. A human editor edits the draft, checks that the wording matches what the sources say, and removes any statement we cannot support.
4. Publish. We publish with a fixed date, a list of sources, and a medical disclaimer.
5. Maintain. We read reader reports, correct errors, and update articles when guidance changes.
