Daily Chronicle Post is an independent publisher of health content for readers in the United States. We publish plain-language articles about everyday habits tied to heart health, nutrition, wellness, and healthy aging. The site is operated by Example Media LLC.

We are not a medical practice, a hospital, or a government agency. We do not diagnose conditions, recommend prescription medicines, or give personal medical advice. Our job is to explain what trusted health institutions say about everyday habits in language that is easy to follow, and to show our sources so you can check them yourself.

What we cover

Our articles are organized into four sections:

  • Heart Wellness: everyday eating habits, sodium, and potassium, and how they relate to healthy blood pressure.
  • Nutrition: simple habits such as staying hydrated and adding more fiber to your day.
  • Wellness: sleep routines and posture habits for everyday life.
  • Active Aging: walking, balance, and mobility for adults over 50.

Ownership & funding

Daily Chronicle Post is owned and operated by Example Media LLC. We are an independent publisher supported by advertising. Our revenue comes from advertising. That can include ads shown on our pages and sponsored pages that advertisers pay for.

We label all advertising. Ads from third parties appear under the label "Advertisements" or "Sponsored Links." A sponsored page carries a "Paid Advertisement" band at the top and a disclosure next to its call to action. Advertisers do not review, approve, or influence our editorial articles. For the full details, see our Advertising Disclosure.

Masthead

We publish under the team name instead of individual bylines. The team plans topics, researches sources, writes and edits articles, and handles reader corrections. If we ever publish an article under a named author, we will first post that person's verifiable background on our Authors page.

How our content is produced

Every article starts with research in institutional sources, such as the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the CDC, the American Heart Association (AHA), Mayo Clinic, and MedlinePlus. We write in plain language, link to the source behind each health statement, and list our sources at the end of the article. We are not affiliated with, and have not been endorsed by, any of these organizations.

Our editors may use AI-based writing tools to help prepare early drafts. A human editor reads, edits, and approves every article before it is published. AI output is not a source: every health statement must be backed by a source that we link to.

If we get something wrong, we fix it and say so. See our Corrections page and the correction process in our Editorial Policy.
